02Other ways to reach us

Prefer a call or direct email?

The form is the fastest route in, but if you’d rather pick up the phone or email directly, here you go.

03Before you send

Common questions, answered.

The things people usually want to know before sending a brief.

How quickly will I get a response?

Within one business day, almost always within four hours during AWST business hours. A written fixed-scope proposal typically follows within 48 hours of our first call.

Can I send my drawings before we sign anything?

Yes. Files attached through this form are confidential and not shared. If you’d like a mutual NDA in place before sharing detailed documentation, tick the box on the form and we’ll send one through.

Do you do small jobs, or only large packages?

Both. A single FEA verification, a one-page detail, or a quick render quote are just as welcome as full multi-discipline mechanical packages. There’s no minimum engagement.

How is the work priced?

Fixed-scope fee for well-defined deliverables (most fabrication-drawing and render work), hourly for exploratory or product-development phases. The proposal lays out which model applies and why.

What format should I send my files in?

Anything you have. PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, STL, SolidWorks parts/assemblies, photos, spec sheets, ZIPs. If it’s very large (over 25 MB), send a WeTransfer or Google Drive link in the proposal text.
