To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, do the engineering work you engage us for, keep the records that work requires, and understand which pages and ads bring enquiries. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a mailing list.
We do not pass your details or drawings to anyone else unless you ask us to, for example to a builder or another engineer on your project, or unless the law requires it.
If your files are confidential, ask for a mutual NDA before you send them (there is a box on the contact form), or email us first and we will agree how to receive them.
Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted when they are no longer needed. Project records, including calculations and drawings, are kept for as long as engineering and tax records need to be kept.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@senger.com.au. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
